Jay Ralston attended Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Prior to becoming a partner at Murray Ralston Professional Corporation in 1995, Jay honed his legal skills at large Toronto law firms. He has established himself as a prominent personal injury trial lawyer in Ontario. Jay focuses on plaintiff litigation and assists individuals who have serious and catastrophic injuries.
Jay provides legal services in connection with all types of motor vehicle collisions including car accidents, snowmobile accidents and boating accidents. He also litigates many other types of legal cases including medical malpractice, slip and fall, disability insurance, and commercial.
Jay Ralston is a director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). OTLA advocates for equal access to justice and full and fair legal protection of persons who have suffered injuries. He is a member of three OTLA committees.
