Michelle is dedicated to client service, dispute resolution, and strong advocacy. Her primary focus is representing seriously-injured clients from motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and disability denial claims. She studied business at the University of Western Ontario and obtained her Juris Doctor thereafter from the University of Calgary. She was called to the Alberta and Ontario Bars in 2011.
She has appeared at all levels of Ontario Courts including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. She has also advocated for clients at various tribunals including the License Appeal Tribunal.
Michelle is an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She enjoys presenting at their conferences and writing for their various publications.
Michelle is also an entrepreneur and owns an organic grocery delivery business with a local and sustainable focus in North Simcoe County. Outside of law, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and playing the piano.
